LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America , preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone) . Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a high-impact, commercially driven Google Cloud Partner Lead – LATAM to take our Google Cloud partnership from 0 to 100 across the region. Starting from a strong foundation in Chile, you will lead our expansion into Peru and across LATAM, driving net-new and upsell revenue through strategic co-selling, deal management, and program execution.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Google Cloud in LATAM, bridging commercial strategy with technical-commercial solutioning. You will work directly with Google leadership, APPLY’s VP, Google Alliance and LATAM regional leads, drive joint pipeline creation, unlock co-funding mechanisms, and lead internal efforts to elevate our Google Cloud team certifications and market standing.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Alliance & Regional Expansion

• Primary Google Cloud Contact: Act as the main operational and strategic liaison for Google Cloud across LATAM, building trust and mindshare with Google sales, partner, marketing, and engineering teams.

• LATAM Expansion Execution: Drive Google Cloud partnership growth across the region, establishing operational momentum in Chile and expanding into LATAM markets.

• Executive Alignment: Directly engage and align GTM strategies with key Google stakeholders, APPLY’s VP, Google Alliance and APPLY’s LATAM regional leadership.

Pipeline, Funding & Deal Management

• Pipeline & Deal Ownership: Manage end-to-end deal registration via partner portals, co-selling workflows, and joint pipeline development to accelerate deal conversion.

• Incentives & Co-Funding Optimization: Leverage Google Cloud partner programs, co-invest mechanisms, and funding streams (e.g., PSF, CIF) to maximize joint deal value and lower client acquisition friction.

• Marketplace Operations: Execute Google Cloud Marketplace strategies for professional services and repeatable solution offerings, managing transactable listings and private offers.

Commercial Scoping & Co-Selling

• Solution-Oriented Scoping: Lead initial discussions with clients and Google Cloud reps, using a solid grasp of modern Google Cloud products (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentic AI, Data/ML platforms).

• Internal Enablement & Co-Selling: Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams on account mapping, lead generation, and partner-fit evaluations. Lead weekly sales and planning meetings to operationalize co-sell motions.

• (Nice to have) Pricing & Sizing: Apply technical-commercial knowledge to estimate high-level sizing ranges, project scopes, and solution pricing during qualification.

Ecosystem Mindshare & Certification Drive

• Drive Certifications: Lead internal initiatives to increase Google Cloud technical and commercial certifications across engineering and sales teams to elevate partner tiering.

• Market Intelligence: Gather and share LATAM competitive trends, Google Cloud roadmap updates, and partner feedback to continually refine our positioning as a top-tier Google Cloud consulting partner.

Who You Are

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or co-selling within cloud ecosystems (specifically Google Cloud Platform).

• Consultancy / Agency Background: Experience working at a digital agency, tech consultancy, or system integrator (not purely SaaS or packaged software).

• 0-to-100 Growth Track Record: Proven experience building a cloud partnership from early stages into a major revenue-generating engine.

• LATAM Market Fluency: Deep understanding of regional market dynamics in LATAM, with specific experience executing business in Chile and expanding into Peru and beyond.

Skills & Competencies

• Solution-Commercial Oriented: Ability to pivot smoothly between high-level executive pitch meetings and initial solution conversations involving high-level Google Cloud architecture.

• Product Knowledge: Strong functional awareness of Google Cloud’s ecosystem and modern AI/ML roadmap (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentic AI solutions, Data/Analytics).

• Program Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud partner incentives, specialization paths, and co-funding programs (PSF/CIF).

• Relationship Builder & Communicator: Comfortable interfacing directly with executive leadership (both internal and Google LATAM regional leaders/VP, Google Alliance).

• Adaptive Mindset: High agency, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a "test & learn" approach to scale ecosystem growth.
