Your mission

As Construction Manager , you will support project execution on-site, ensuring proper coordination, supervision, and compliance with construction, safety, and technical standards in a Data Center project.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the project management team.
• Support project control and reporting during execution.
• Anticipate and help resolve interferences and on-site issues.
• Lead supervision of construction and site activities.
• Assist the client in construction sequencing and coordination.
• Supervise sourcing, manufacturing, and transportation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and engineering.
• Proven experience in Data Centers or critical infrastructure projects (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments ( interview will be conducted in English ).
