Tech Manager - Data & AI Platform Leader (LLMs, RAG)

Banco Falabella busca un líder en ingeniería técnica para gestionar proyectos tecnológicos en un entorno de data y IA. La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar el desarrollo y la mejora continua de las plataformas, asegurando la estabilidad y seguridad en producción.
Se requiere más de 5 años de experiencia en equipos técnicos, conocimientos en GCP y arquitectura de datos, y un título en Ingeniería en Informática o similar. Se valorará experiencia en la industria financiera.
