Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Landside Transportation Supervisor in Chile.

Responsibilities:

Develops a professional and customer-focused team through role modelling, leadership and coaching.
Drives commercial intelligence within own team.
Attends regular or ad-hoc joint sales calls with sales teams to provide better service to customers.
Drives continuous improvement of process performance and team efficiency.
Provides support to global and local initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

At least 7 to 10 years of experience to fulfill the role.
Experience leading teams
Experience in transportation operations: knowledge of inland operations to and from ports with containerized cargo (minind is a plus)
Experience in the use of systems (TMS)
Administrative knowledge (cost provisions, revenues, service margins, profit)
MS office
