Job Title: Marketing Manager – Lifecycle, Retention & Paid Media

Contractor Fee: $2,500 – $3,000/month (USD)

About This Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will manage lifecycle marketing, paid social support, and content initiatives that help the brand reach new audiences and increase customer engagement. This role requires someone creative, highly organized, persistent with follow-ups, and comfortable independently turning business goals into campaigns and measurable next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and improve Klaviyo email campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and A/B tests.
• Develop lifecycle, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, and re-engagement campaigns for B2B and B2C customers.
• Plan new content and campaign ideas designed to reach new audiences and increase engagement.
• Manage or support Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite activities, including campaign coordination, creative testing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Review campaign results, customer behavior, conversion rates, clicks, revenue, and return on ad spend to identify opportunities.
• Create campaign briefs, email copy, social copy, content calendars, and clear creative direction using Canva.
• Coordinate closely with designers, agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns moving.
• Follow up consistently on deliverables, approvals, creative assets, and unresolved campaign needs.
• Maintain marketing calendars, reports, trackers, and documentation across multiple campaigns and channels.
• Identify problems independently and recommend practical solutions instead of waiting for detailed instructions.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, paid social, content marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting an eCommerce, DTC, retail, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or other physical-product brand.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite, including campaign performance and creative testing.
• Experience developing content or campaigns that attract new audiences and improve engagement.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, retention, cross-selling, upselling, and re-engagement.
• Able to analyze marketing data and turn findings into clear campaign or creative recommendations.
• Strong copywriting, project management, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Creative, proactive, persistent, and comfortable solving problems independently.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Shift Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, campaign reviews, agency or stakeholder coordination, and project updates. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
