Associate, COO Operations & Regional Governance

Bank of America

NoBraMex is seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate governance across Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru. You will prepare meetings, agendas, and logistics for leadership forums and committees, and partner with senior leaders to craft updates for local and global audiences.

You will maintain organizational structures, support headcount reporting, and oversee budgets for operations and events, while driving CSR programs and employee engagement in a dynamic, multinational setting.
