Brand, Content & Patient Experience Manager

Clínica Orión Medicina Estética y Cirugía Plástica En Clínica Orión buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo una persona creativa, estratégica y altamente orientada a la experiencia paciente, capaz de liderar el ecosistema digital y de fidelización de nuestra clínica. Somos una clínica enfocada en medicina estética y cirugía plástica premium, con fuerte orientación a resultados naturales, innovación, experiencia paciente y desarrollo continuo. Buscamos una persona capaz de transformar el día a día de la clínica en contenido de alto impacto, fortalecer nuestra marca, optimizar puntos críticos del patient journey y contribuir activamente al crecimiento y posicionamiento de Clínica Orión. Este cargo combina:

- Liderar la estrategia de contenido digital de Clínica Orión
- Grabación y edición de contenido para Instagram, TikTok y otras plataformas
- Fotografía y video de tratamientos, procedimientos y resultados clínicos
- Organización y planificación de contenido audiovisual
- Cobertura audiovisual dentro de la clínica
- Coordinación de testimonios, before/after y material de experiencia paciente
- Fortalecer y optimizar distintos puntos del patient journey
- Gestionar estrategias de fidelización, seguimiento y reactivación de
- Participar en programas de referidos, retención y experiencia premium
- Apoyar campañas comerciales y posicionamiento de marca
- Gestionar y optimizar plataformas digitales, CRM y herramientas asociadas a
- Participar en iniciativas de automatización, IA y optimización de procesos
- Monitorear KPIs de performance digital, engagement, fidelización y conversión
- Generar reportes y detectar oportunidades de mejora continua
- Proactiva y altamente resolutiva
- Creativa y estratégica
- Con obsesión por el detalle y la experiencia cliente
- Con fuerte orientación estética y visual
- Organizada y capaz de manejar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente
- Empática y con excelente capacidad comunicacional
